Lately, several talented stars decided not to renew their contract with Thai Channel 3 and have become free agents, working with all channels and streaming platforms.

August Vachiravit

According to his interview, August Vachiravit’s contract with Thai Channel 3 just expired. So, he decided to choose this new step and would film the new project one by one.

Reportedly, August Vachiravit was cast as a lead in the new series “Ruk Rai Nai Sep Tit” (Thai title) adapted from the hit 2016 Chinese BL series.

Even though he left Thai Channel 3, August still has a new drama “Rak Thuam Thung” that is expecting to premiere in Q1 of 2024.

Toey Jarinporn

Toey Jarinporn has been working with Thai Channel 3 for 9 years.

Based on her interview, her contract with the label expired before the drama “To The Moon and Back” aired on television.

Toey said that she has become a free agent and it was a hard decision because she spent a long time deciding.

“Thung Sanaeha” star added that she was glad to work with GMM TV again after 9 years in the new series “Enigma 2”.

Jarinporn Joonkiat revealed that GMM TV contacted her and it was a challenging role for her as an actress.

Notably, Toey still has the new drama “My Undercover Chef” on Thai Channel 3, releasing soon in 2024.

Jackie Jacqueline

In August, Jackie Jacqueline opened up in her VLOG on YouTube that her contract with Channel 3 came to an end after she had been an actress for this popular channel for 14 years.

However, Jackie is still working with the channel as an entertainment anchor and she will have new dramas “Let’s Begin Again” and “3 Sao Khok Eeraeng” on Thai Channel 3 as well.

Yam Matira

Yam Matira attended the popular Workpoint show “The Wall Song” in June and announced that she has become a freelancer.

Now, her new series “Club Friday Season 15: Rak Ni Si Jang” is airing on ONE 31.

Additionally, her new drama “Payak Raai Sorn Laai” starring alongside Ice Panuwat hasn’t been aired on Channel 3 yet.
